Come join us in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley for a day of raising monies for one our of Special Funds: Josie's Fund. Jose's Fund was established to provide financial assistance for the care of pets whose owners, because of special circumstances, are unable to afford the expense (i.e. spay/neuter; food; medical care; boarding). Examples of support this fund has provided include helping when short term support was needed due to job/income loss; assisting when a divorce and temporary move necessitated boarding the dog; supporting a woman who was forced to move to a shelter and providing for the dog until she was back on her feet; or providing for a dog when a family was having a major medical issue and paying for dog walkers, etc.
