11/13/15  Orion has had his share of problems but is still thriving and growing.  First he got a spider bite on his leg and his mother tore his skin cleaning it out. He needed some stitches and had a straight leg bandage for a week. That put him behind in learning to walk, so he had physical therapy and within two days learned how to move his back and front legs. Now he gallops through the house with the rest of the puppies and you would never know there had been a problem.  Now he developed an irritation in his lungs and started coughing a lot. He does not have pneumonia or any contagious diseases, but may have aspirated some milk. His x-rays showed he was perfectly fine everywhere else. After a shot of antibiotics, he is feeling much better, but still recovering. He has never lost his desire to play with his brothers and sisters.

10/14/15  Orion was the fifth and last puppy born to Star at 1.3 lbs.
