8/16/15  Hi! The shelter told me my name is Misty, but my foster family calls me "Fledermaus" which I really like. It's nice having a name, but a fancy name is even better. Today is a very happy day for me and my sister. We are clean and the fleas that drove me crazy are gone. It still feels like they are there, but I know it's just because there were so many yesterday. My ear canals were full of big fat ticks and now they are clean and pink and feel so good! This place is great! We have a nice clean bed to sleep in and a big fenced in yard to explore. First thing every time I go out is walk the perimeter like a big GSD does. My foster mom says I need a real fence when I get a home because I am too curious and can disappear in a flash! 

They talked about me like I was very shy. I had them fooled. I may not be too familiar with people yet, but I've discovered in just two days that they are very nice and love to pet you. I can also look very cute with my big ears out to the side and they will give me anything I want. Boy these humans are so easy!! I think I am the smartest of the sisters. I had no trouble figuring out how to climb out of our area in the dining room. 

I've been very good in the house. I don't chew anything but dog stuff and I try to potty outside because that's were I am used to living. It would be best if I could live with someone who could let me go out every three or four hours so I can be perfect in the house and not have accidents.
