Lilly came to VGSR (September 14, 2013) from the Halifax, VA Shelter as a stray. She can be a little reserved/timid at first, but warms up very quickly. She recently attended the Gainesville Adoption Day and she was really good with children and the other dogs attending the event. Lilly is a GSD/Shar Pei mix, at least her vet thinks so. Some think GSD/Chow mix. She has a purple tongue. So far, her house training is going well. She has not had an accident at her foster home. However, her foster mom does come home during her lunch break during the week to let her out. She will not be big when she is fully grown. We believe no bigger than 50 lbs. She rides very well in the car.
