Heidi, or Heidi-Girl;Sissy Girl; as we call her, is a GSD MIX. She is all black with a small white spot on her chest and foot. Heidi is a very, very sweet dog, just like her mom (Christy #3423). She is calm and can be timid in new situations and with new people. If children or dogs she is unfamiliar with run at her, she can become startled and hide. If need be, Heidi will stand up for herself ; good thing since she grew up with 7 brothers! She is more independent than her brothers and likes to observe her surroundings at her own pace. Heidi has come along way, but needs some more leash training. She is not interested in being jumped on and sniffed initially by others, but she will do well in a home with an older or calm, well-trained dog as her friend.
