Get it? I AM a GOOD GURL! I guarantee you that you will never find a dog who tries harder to please than I do. I came to rescue from a pretty horrible situation and had to spend a couple of weeks on a concrete floor in the "big house". Get this – I did not have a single pillow upon which to lay my head. I am a girl who LOVES, and I do mean LOVES, pillows. I am happiest when I can curl up on a big pile of pillows and pretend that I am part of the Princess and the Pea fairy tail (or I guess you would say tale). I am very snuggly and don’t mind using your chest or shoulder to cuddle up against. I am friendly to all that I meet except that I can get a little obnoxious when I am walking on the leash and see another dog. Once I get close enough to give them a good smell, everything is cool. I do not need to be in a crate when you are at work because I have excellent house manners. Another little quirk is that I really do enjoy a good "posterior pet" (i.e. a good old fashioned butt scratch) and I will back up against you and growl to let you know that I am ready for one. You will be rewarded by my goofy happy dance that follows. I guess my only other character flaw is that I am a bit of a blanket hog in bed. I have made an agreement with my foster mom that I will patiently sit and wait beside the bed while she gets her part of the blankets and pillows arranged to her liking. Then when she tells me "OK" I hop up and get myself situated for the night. Did I mention that I LOVE pillows? I do not know how I ever managed to survive being pillow–less in prison.
