Carbon has been with me for less than a week and he has been a VERY busy boy! He was in the shelter after his owner didn’t want him anymore. He is currently being trained in obedience. He’s sharp as a tack and very willing to please so he is doing very well in learning to be well&ndashmannered for his forever home! I am pretty sure he has some boarder collie somewhere in there, not only is he super smart but very agile as well. He’d be great for agility, Frisbee competition or fly–ball although he is very calm in my house as well and is perfectly content chewing on a bone or snuggling up to me. He gets along fine with his Foster sisters and visiting cats, and has never met a stranger! He sleeps in a crate at night and periodically stays in one throughout the day so he is comfortable in one. He’s a very bright dog and will need a home that will enforce the rules or he will take advantage of your kindness. Carbon is UTD on his shots and heartworm negative, he has to be neutered and finish his training, so he will not be available until after Thanksgiving.
