Hi I am Mikayla, Kayla for short. I am 2 years old and I am a very laid back and happy to meet anyone with 2 or 4 legs. I came into the rescue and spent my first 2 days hanging out with Luke (VGSR Tag #3300). I really had fun. I also met a nice cat at Happy Woofs dog wash in Fairfax. For all the changes that I have had in the past few days I have come through with flying colors. I do not chew things when left alone in the house. I also am happy to sit in my crate. I pull a little bit on my leash when I go for a walk but I am learning to stop doing that. I am sure by the end of the week I will be good as gold. I like to chase tennis balls and will bring them back to you (although I hate to drop them). I just had a visit from my foster’s niece and nephew and really liked them. Even managed to sneak in a few kisses. When everyone in the house got active I liked to find nice quiet places to lay down and watch what was going on. It was a good weekend and I was very well behaved with all the guests.
