King is a solid black, male German Shepherd Dog, believed to be about four years old. He was given up by his owner along with another dog, Sugar. They seem to have been neglected but not abused. King is good with other dogs and seems to be well socialized with people too. King is thin and his coat is poor because of the low quality food and care that he has received, but that is nothing that a little time and TLC can't cure.
