CEEEL-LEEEE-BRATE! I look great! I have lost 9 pounds and am now 98 lbs. Take a look at my new glam shots. Last week I visited my vet and have a clean bill of health. Turns out I didnt have a flea allergy; I was just dirty and itchy. Okay, I was VERY dirty. Now, my coat is lustrous and I have a spring in my walk. I am playing with my foster brothers and running around the yard. No marathons are in my future, but Im going to try my paws at basic agility this weekend. I didnt know I was being tested, but Im told I have very good recall. My foster folks leave my crate door open I still like to eat in my crate and hang out from time to time- but I am free to roam the home with my bros. I enjoy my foster home, but Id really like a place to call my forever home. Is it with you? Hello, my name is Addy vom Silver Streak, but Addy suits me just fine. I became a member of the VGSR pack after my parent passed away. I am sad, but I have an outgoing personality and know there is a family looking for me. I am a bit large due to being spoiled and need to lose about 15 pounds. I am energetic and will be more so when Im back to my sleek form. I am EXTREMELY sweet and will come right up to you for an ear rub. If you hit the right spot, I moan. I am a big tickle bug and enjoy hearty scratches that make my leg twitch! I enjoy being loved on by adults and kids, but I may accidentally knock over little ones. I have met cats and am not interested. I enjoy meeting other dogs and am already starting to play with one of my foster brothers. How did I end up in a home with 4 boy dogs??!!...geez. I am recovering from a flea allergy and may have a food allergy, so my foster parents are bathing me twice a week with a special shampoo. I do not mind I will climb into the tub if you ask me nicely. I am eating a salmon based food to ensure no food issues. I enjoy riding in the car and will hop in and stretch out on the back seat, in the back of the SUV, Im not picky. I know sit, stay and come. I am working on my leash skills I do not know heel, so I like to walk to the end of my leash and then turn to you with a look, Whats keeping you? I need exercise. I have to pace myself though or I start to pant. I really havent played with toys still trying to figure out what is going on. I am house and crate trained, but my foster parents plan to give me free roam soon. I am a mellow girl and not much phases me doorbell, garbage disposal, sirens no howling from me.
