Zoey is back, through no fault of her own.  Sadly it didn’t work out between her and the resident dog at the home she was adopted out to, even though their meet and greet went well.  Unfortunately it happens, but we will do our best to find her another great home.

Zoey has settled back in to her foster home like she has never left.  She’s back to grabbing a bone or stuffie and carrying it around and then leaving it wherever.  It’s also so cute to just watch her toss the stuffies around and entertain herself.

Zoey did live with a cat while she was away and did just fine.  Even though it didn’t work out with the resident dog in the family that adopted her, we still think she would do just fine in a home with other dogs.  However, we think she would really shine as an only dog as she craves attention.

At 52 lbs. she’s an adorable “pocket” Shepherd!  She likes to be near her people, including a good snuggle on the couch.  When not snuggling on the couch, she is full of energy and would make a great running partner. She also needs a yard to romp and play in as she loves to play ball.

She walks well on a leash, is house trained, and is crate trained.  She lives with three other dogs and gets along with them well.  She likes the toys we have around the house and she’s always carrying one thing or another from place to place.
