Meet Zelda 6322! Zelda is a one year old GSD who was dumped in the backroads of a rural area of a community that is notorious for dumping dogs. She eventually ended up as a stray in a shelter. We have only had Zelda for about a week and in that short time she has shown herself to be en exceptional dog. She is SO sweet and smart and knows basic commands. Her personality is just precious. She still has some puppy behavior in her as she's still very young. She learned how to use the doggie door very quickly and is a pro. Zelda does great with other dogs and is fostered with our personal dog and they do great together. She is potty trained and crate trained but has been allowed free run of our house. She can be a little mischievous at times and will steal shoes but usually won’t chew them. We would prefer a family who can spend a lot of time with Zelda and give her much needed attention. We would love her to go to a home where she will be allowed free roam.

Zelda is being fostered in Yorktown. I’m sure she will be adopted very quickly. So I’m asking for only approved adopters to reach out.
