Minx 6420 is a 7 year old female German Shepherd mix. She is spayed and current on all her vaccines and preventatives. Minx weighs 119 pounds and is as gentle as can be. She's sweet & fluffy and a good companion dog. She attaches quickly to the humans she lives with and loves pets and attention. She likes squeaky toys, tennis balls, and food. She gets along great with other dogs and children. She free roams in our home with three other dogs (from Chihuahua size to German Shepherd size) without any problems. She comes when you call you and knows how to sit on command. She's a pleasure to walk, and will easily go between car and front door without a leash (not something we recommend with any dog, but can happen accidentally). We had some landscapers leave a back gate open. Minx walked through it when she went out to pee, but she just walked around to the front door and waited to be let back in. Minx is happy to walk up to a stranger and get pets, but she'll also give loud and deep barks when a stranger approaches the house or approaches her too quickly. Minx would rather people stay still so that she can approach them. This is important to know for when Minx visits the vet. She probably would not do well at a groomer, but she'll let you brush her after she gets to know you and is comfortable. Minx needs a few walks a day or a fenced yard.
