10/26/2020.  My name is Plato. As you can see that I am an absolutely beautiful male GSD. Unfortunately, my original owner thought that I was too much to handle and I was surrendered to VGSR. I have been with my Foster Dad for about 2 months. I'm a very loving, kid loving, people-loving dog to people that I know. But I'm very protective and very leery of strangers. I've come a long way but still need some work, but my dad thought that I was close, and wanted to find me my Furever Home. I really need to go to a home where there's not a lot of people coming, and going. I also really need to go to a family with some GSD experience. My Foster Dad thinks that with proper socialization that I can get over my fears. I'm housebroken and know basic commands. I'm also very loving, and a snuggle bug.
