"Hey there, My name is Nala, aka Snuggle-Bug as my Foster Mom calls me. You would never know it but my three brothers, two sisters, and I came from a very scary situation where we lost our Mom. A nice family cared for us for a little while and now we are all with different foster families with something called VGSR. I don’t have to worry about my siblings because I know they are in good paws and so am I. I’m just a little girl at 4 months old and am a mixed breed, whatever that means. However, I am pure of heart though! I love to snuggle and be with my pack. I really enjoy playing with my foster brothers, especially the younger of the two since we are close in age. They like to steal my toys so I’m learning to stick up for myself so I can get them back all by myself. I really like to run, whether it’s chasing my brothers or outside with my pack. My foster parents are teaching me a couple things while I stay with them. Somethings called “Crate Training” and “Potty Training”. They say I’m doing great with both, but am going to keep working on them. I’m learning other cool things that fall under something called Obedience. Who k new there was so much stuff to learn?! It’s all fine by me as I get a lot of pets and treats when I do something right. That makes me happy and motivates me to learn more things and make my foster parents happy. I’ve never met a really small human before, but there was a younger human that cared for us for a little while. I really liked her and she liked me a lot too. I’m not sure if I have ever met a creature called a cat before, so I don’t know how I feel about them yet. I hope to meet this creature one day. I like other dogs too – big ones, small ones, old and young dogs. I love both my foster parents. I try my hardest to show them how much I love and appreciate them. Sometimes one gets more attention than the other, but I think they understand. Especially with my foster brothers trying to show them their love too! Gosh they have no idea how lucky they are! I really hope one day I can share all this with a forever family though. Maybe even with one of my siblings – that would be so cool! I would make a great partner for running, or exploring trails, or being a fellow couch potato. I still have a lot to learn but I pick things up easily. I know my forever family is out there, so I will be right here waiting for them."
