1/24/17  Kavik (pronounced Kar-Vick) is a handsome 4 1/2 year old GSD. He was an owner surrender due to the long hours that his owner worked. There was also a non GSD in the home and the owner did not have the time to spend with this boy.

He has a wonderful disposition and plays with toys, a ball and his 2 foster brothers as well as my 2 GSD's. He is in the process of being trained not to getup on furniture and not to jump up on people. This guy learns quickly. He has not tried to get up on furniture in the last 3 days and has only jumped up once on a person in the last 2 days. Kavik is not food aggressive and takes his treats very gently.

He loves to go for car rides and is very well behaved in the car, 

Kavik is in the process of being leash trained and he is doing very well In keeping himself from getting all tangled up. He likes taking long walks and checking out all the new smells.

He attended his first adoption event this past Saturday and did very well.

Kavik will make his new family very happy. He is a great GSD.
