April 19, 2014 is the day we left the horrible place called the animal shelter. It was a very long drive and mama was not in the cage with us and I was very hungry. When we got there they washed us, dried us some and introduced us to dogs and an nice clean little nest for just mom and us.
My report for April 30: We got named. I’m a favorite I know and I watch everyone very carefully. I got the name Etta. It means “little one” My ears are gong to be so perfect. I can tell already that they want to stand up first. I hope it happens. I am eating a lot and trying hard not to be so little.
May 8. I have to say the itch is not so good for me. My skin is tender and I accidentally scratch my beautiful skin. My fur is not so bad, but my belly is a mess. I have some “secondary” infections. My coat is still a beautiful dark red and black and I am the only one with a perfect mask. I will be a knock-out when I grow up.
My opinion on May 15. I am too busy to play favorites. I can tell the humans think I am the most beautiful, and I like to cuddle some, but I have a lot to do and need to stay a little bit busy. My doctor told me to take more of the really delicious pink stuff for my skin infection and my stupid sister is trying to beat me with her ears. But only one of hers works right and not all the time. Mine are better. I am getting redder and really tall. Guess I fooled them with the “little one” stuff. Even my feet are growing a lot for a girl. But I am so proud to be tall and slim. I eat a lot, but I exercise a lot too.
Please think of adopting me. My mama is a GSD. Gorgeous you want, that is what you get with me. Plus i’m smart and cute and quite perfect.
