Hey everybody I’m Mia!! I’ve only been with my foster mom for a few days, so we are still learning about each other but she wanted me to tell you a little about myself. First of all, I LOVE my people, I want nothing more than to make them happy! She says I’m the typical Velcro dog although I really don’t know what that means. I’m a very smart little girl too. I know my basic commands, but sometimes I get so excited I forget what I’m supposed to do. I’m not as good with wait and stay, but I’m trying. My foster mom and I are working on all the commands and I’m getting much better. I’m also housebroken; I have not had any accidents. Crates do not work for me; I don’t like the small confined space. I’m VERY interested in cats and small dogs, so my foster mom says I shouldn’t go to a home with those little critters running around. I’ve only met a few kids, but I liked them. I just had my spay surgery a few days ago, so mom won’t let me run and play. She tried playing with these stuffed animals that made noise. I really didn’t like those too much. I’m also funny around strange sounds; my foster mom says it’s just a hair dryer and vacuum cleaner. I don’t know what they are, but I know I don’t like them. My foster mom is really working hard at getting me used to lots of new things, I’m sure, in time, I’ll be just fine.
