Hi, my name is Bailey. I came to VGSR several months ago with pneumonia and lyme disease. I am now well and my very energetic personality is emerging. I love people!

However, since I am so energetic, I am better with older children and adults. I love running and playing with large dogs, but I am a bit rough, and most dogs don't want to play with me. I also think cats are just fluffy toys for me to play with, so I am looking for a home as the only pet or one where a larger dog and I get along. My behavior is better with dogs in the house, and I will often cuddle up with one of the dogs that live in my foster home. I love to play with toys like jolly balls, Kongs, and other chew toys.

My favorite activities are to cuddle, to hang out with my people, and to bat a large ball around the yard. I am a fairly quiet dog, but I do have a surprisingly deep bark when there is a reason to use it. I will be attending adoption events in Gainesville and Front Royal.
