Zeus is a 2 year old neutered male GSD and slightly underweight. His former owners had a new baby and sent him to the pound at Christmas. Although he survived, Zeus had no experience with people, other dogs, or the outside world. As a result, he has some fear aggression towards strangers, but he is affectionate and loving to those he gets to know. Zeus likes to cuddle and plays well with other dogs. Zeus is not a dog park dog or comfortable on busy streets, but he loves to play ball in his own backyard. We are working with him to help him trust people other than his pack. He needs an experienced shepherd owner that he can respect as the pack leader to continue his socialization and help him feel secure.
