4/13/25. Hello! My name is Moose! Well, my foster mom thinks my name should be Dane-ish since I’m half Great Dane. Don’t let that scare you though because I’m the perfect size, not too big and not too small. Put it all together and I’m a Great Shepherd.

My foster mom says I’m a really sweet dog. In fact, everyone we meet says so. I love to cuddle and I follow her everywhere. Playing with dogs is a lot of fun, but I will do best with large dogs. Balls are fun to play with too. I’m really smart and learn things quickly, especially because I’m food motivated. It only took a couple of corrections to learn not to jump up on people, although I would probably knock over small children accidentally. Cats are fun to chase, so they probably would not appreciate me. Having a yard to play in will help temper my puppy energy, but long walks will do that too. The vet had no problems examining me or administering vaccines, even though they hurt.

I bonded quickly to my foster mom. She thinks I’m wonderful and would love to keep me. She already has furry kids though and can’t adopt another. She says that I will make someone very happy because I’m super special. I think it would really be nice to be an only dog so I can be the center of someone’s universe.
