Hondo is a handsome and lovable pup with a little bit of a feisty side:) He came into the rescue with his twin sister who he loves to play with and race with around in the yard. Hondo is extremely smart and curious about his surrounding. He is currently working on potty training and learning how to walk on a leash. After getting some energy out, his favorite place to nap is on the air vents in the floor.

Hondo was born with a condition called Hypospadia. His manhood didn’t form quite right and therefore requires surgery to reconstruct his urethra and scrotum. Hondo is able to urinate but it comes out in a hole that shouldn't be there near his tooshie. His foster mom is currently working to set a date for surgery once Hondo is 4-6 months old.
