Meet Kate also known as Big Ole Love Bug! Kate was in a rural shelter surrendered by her elderly owner that could no longer care for her.  Kate did not have too many days left with the shelter capacity full and thankfully her foster mom & dad were able to save her life by fostering her.  Now she is looking for her forever home.  Kate will need a home where she is the only fur baby.  She does well on walks with her foster doggie brother but can react if he is in her personal doggie space.  Kate is a bit timid but warmed up to her fosters very quickly. She loves attention, loves to make sure the couch is doing its job and being comfy at all times, and of course loves good treats. She enjoys walks and does great on leash, she was never taught basic obedience but we are working on them.
