2/23/18   Zeus is a sweet 7 year old male GSD that came to VGSR as an owner surrender. He was little nervous the first couple days when he got to his foster’s home, but has came out of his shell and now is very comfortable and confident. He’s currently living with a 6yo female GSD and 2 human kids. Zeus knows basic commands (sit, shake, stay, down) and loves to play fetch. He can be trusted and doesn’t need to be crated when he is left alone.

Zeus tested positive for Lyme and Ehrlichia, and is currently under treatment (his last dose of med will be 3/14). He is doing so well and taking the meds like a champion! He also has mild arthritis, but doesn’t need medication at the moment. He walks well and runs like nothing botheres him.

Zeus is very easy going, and would fit into most families (with/without other dog, first-time GSD/dog owner). If you are already APPROVED and interested in meeting Zeus, please contact your case worker.
