1/29/17   Zeus came to us when a good samaritan rescued him from abandonment. His former owners were moving, and planned to just leave this fellow in the back yard to fend for himself. Zeus is 4 years old, and has spend most, if not all of his life, living in that back yard. The elements took their toll on Zeus and he was brought to us with open sores on his hind feet, and chewed up ears from fleas. As if the odds weren’t already stacked enough against Zeus, improper medical care, or complete lack of medical care allowed this guy to develop Glaucoma and Cataracts which has rendered him blind for the rest of his life. 

Zeus, however, won’t let this get him down. Zeus has quickly acclimated to indoor life and spends his days enjoying his time with his foster siblings. He’s currently looking for a family that will open up their hearts and home to him, and provide him with the love and nurturing that he has deserved all along. If you are approved and interested in making him part of your family, please contact me at craeabreu@gmail.com
